The Horizon Health Network says detox services, also known as inpatient addiction treatment, have resumed at its Moncton facility.
Officials said inpatient detox services at the Mapleton Road location have been temporarily unavailable since July 3 due to a shortage of available nursing staff.
Horizon said it has, however, secured additional nursing support to safely resume the delivery of inpatient services in Moncton.
“We wish to thank our clients and their families for their patience and understanding,” the network said.
