The New Brunswick RCMP said Thursday it wants the public’s help in its investigation into the theft of power tools from a northern New Brunswick business.
According to a news release from the Saint-Quentin RCMP, the incident may have occurred shortly after midnight on May 19 from a business on Canada Street in Saint-Quentin, N.B.
“An individual forcefully gained entry to the business and stole drills, saws and other electric tools,” said Sgt. Yannick Gagnon of the Saint-Quentin RCMP in a news release.
Mounties are now releasing a surveillance footage photo in hopes that someone may recognize the suspect, who is being described as a man with dark hair who wore all-black clothing, a black toque, a face mask and carrying a black bag.
Anyone who recognizes the individual in the photo, or has information that could help further this investigation, is asked to contact the Saint-Quentin RCMP or Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
