A Saint John man accused in March of distributing and possessing child pornography has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Jared Eatmon, 46, was charged on March 1 with allegedly possessing and making available child pornography following a police investigation.
The New Brunswick RCMP said in a statement Thursday police searched a Saint John home on Sept. 28, 2022, seizing several electronic devices.
Eatmon was arrested at the scene.
“He subsequently appeared in Saint John Provincial Court on March 14, and plead [sic] not guilty to both charges,” Mounties said in a statement.
Police say Eatmon was released on conditions and is scheduled to return to court on Nov. 17.
