Officials with New Brunswick’s Department of Justice say investigators seized cannabis and other items from two Moncton businesses last week.
Two search warrants were executed at A Touch of Grey Lounge and Three Kings Medicinals.
A 44-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man were arrested at A Touch of Grey lounge and later released pending further investigation. Meanwhile, a 53-year-old woman was arrested at Three Kings Medicinals and was also released.
“At both businesses, a yet-to-be-determined quantity of cannabis, cannabis derivatives, cannabis products and other items were seized,” the province said in a statement.
“Residents are encouraged to report illegal cannabis sales, or any other criminal matter, to law enforcement.”
The province says information can be shared with the Department of Justice and Public Safety at 1-877-826-2122 or through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
