Saint John police want the public’s help finding a 17-year-old boy who has been missing for almost two weeks.
Jeffery Cunningham was last seen on March 16 at around 7:30 p.m. near McLaren Boulevard in the city’s north end.
“Police have been actively following up on leads relating to his whereabouts since March 16, and believe that he may be in the St. Stephen area but planning on returning to Saint John,” said Saint John Police Force spokesperson Stephen Davidson in a statement.
“Police are concerned for his safety and wellbeing.”
Cunningham is described as being six feet tall and weighing 240 pounds. He has dyed his hair to greenish/blue-black colour, but his natural hair colour is dark brown and hangs over his eyes.
Police say he was last seen wearing a red coat, black baseball hat, black track pants and grey sneakers, and carried a black and grey backpack.
Anyone with information on Cunningham’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Saint John Police Force at 1-506-648-3333 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
