A fire that destroyed a mobile home Sunday near Florenceville-Bristol, N.B., displaced two people, according to the Canadian Red Cross.
Volunteers say the dwelling, which had multiple additions, was located along Back Greenfield Road in Centreville, N.B., about 15 kilometres northwest of Florenceville-Bristol, N.B.
They say the call came in shortly before 10 p.m.
“Canadian Red Cross volunteers have assisted a woman and child with emergency lodging and purchases like food, clothing, and some other basics,” said Red Cross spokesperson Dan Bedell.
Officials say the fire did not result in any injuries.
Bedell did not indicate what may have caused the fire.
