The provincial government wants to hear your thoughts about the state of New Brunswick’s senior care services.
Officials ask New Brunswickers to share their views through a 10-minute online survey until Oct. 3. The province says it contains 14 questions.
Government says it will help the Department of Social Development transform New Brunswick’s senior care system to meet the needs of its growing and aging population.
The department oversees nursing homes, adult residential facilities and home support for seniors and people with disabilities, serving about 22,000 residents and spending over $860 million per year.
Officials say they aim to strengthen a full continuum of care and make services more accessible by building on past work, such as the Aging in Place framework and recommendations from the Council on Aging.
