Police in Woodstock, N.B., began an investigation Saturday after discovering a body floating in the Wolastoq (Saint John River).
Officers received the call shortly before 3 p.m. on Saturday about a floating body in the river near Bulls Creek, N.B.
Police are now working to identify the body, adding that an autopsy will determine the exact cause of death.
Members of Woodstock Police, New Brunswick RCMP, Woodstock Fire and the provincial Coroners’ Office collaborated at the scene.
