Saint John Police say a missing 75-year-old man has been found in Nova Scotia.
James Heath was reported missing on April 25 and was last seen near Conifer Crescent on April 24, at around 9 p.m. Police were concerned for his safety.
In a press release on Monday night, the force said Heath was taken to hospital with non-life threating injuries.
Police thank the public for their help in the case.
