The New Brunswick RCMP is hunting for two people after a violent road rage incident on Friday evening.
Police say a Sussex man was driving on Highway 1 at around 6 p.m. when he passed a dark blue Nissan Versa. The vehicle flashed its high beams at the man, later speeding up and pulling in beside the man.
The man later told police a passenger in the car pointed and fired a revolver-style weapon, shattering the man’s driver’s side window.
No injuries were reported, but police believe it was an airsoft-type pellet gun.
The man couldn’t describe the occupants of the Versa — other than there being at least two of them.
